Materials List
The following are materials and supplies you may want
to bring to class.
1. # 2 (HB) pencils/ Drafting pencils – at least 2 weights
2. Eraser (not electric)
3. Battery Powered calculator- non programmable
4. Drafting Pens
5. Highlighters- (4-5 colors)
6. Tracing paper- sheet or roll (at least 18”x 24”
7. Graph or grid paper- ¼” grid
8. Architectural scale
9. Triangles (45, and 30/60 degrees)
10. Templates -
1/4” (residential and commercial) - Optional
1/8” door template- Optional
Barrier Free circles for ¼” and 1/8”
11. T-Square
12. Drafting tape or dots
13. Portable drafting table for 18 x 24 sheets- Optional
14. Post – it – Notes – 2-3 colors and sizes
15. White – out
16. 3-4 colored pencils – optional
17. Drafting brush
18. Manual pencil sharpener
